About Titan
I was excited when Kristina contacted me about breeding Maria and said that I could have second pick male. I was really excited when the puppies were born and there were six boys to choose from. But as time went on, Kristina decided to keep Flint, Buzz just had to go live with Libbye, and Kim chose Kosh. Two of the boys were going to pet homes. That left me with no choice. The white puppy, the porch puppy, the Kudzu puppy was mine. [Ed. Note: Marti had the conformation pick puppy from the litter, so we gave her the puppy with the best conformation!] Two of my children and I went to pick him up on a cold day in May. He was a beautiful little puppy, but Lisa was a little worried because he was very quiet and not romping and playing as much as some of the other puppies in the litter. She was afraid that he would be too reserved for our very active household with three teenage/young adult kids. But as soon as we got him home his true personality began to shine. He loves life and throws himself into everything he does with great enthusiasm. I have never seen a dog who is this happy all the time. He loves agility, he is obsessed with retrieving his tennis ball and Kong, and I'm sure he will be equally driven when we try tracking and herding in the spring. He is very bright, has an amazing sense of humor and always has to have the last word. He is extremely cuddly and lovable, and he is sure that he was born to be a lap dog. His goal in life is to spend 24 hours a day doing something fun with his people, and that's exactly the kind of puppy we were looking for.
